These terms govern use of Build Supply Indonesia. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What we are
Build Supply Indonesia (the Platform) is a curated directory and matching service connecting design professionals (Designers) with material suppliers (Suppliers) in Indonesia. We are not a party to any sale. Contracts for materials are formed directly between Designer and Supplier.
2. Accounts
Designers register free of charge. Suppliers apply and are admitted at our discretion following review. We may suspend or remove any account that provides false information, misrepresents products, or damages the Platform's standards. Admission and continued listing are at our discretion; a directory is defined by what it excludes.
3. Fees and commission
No listing fees. No subscriptions. Suppliers pay a commission of 3% of the confirmed order value for orders originating through the Platform. An order originates through the Platform when the Designer and Supplier were matched, or first connected, via the Platform. Commission is payable within 14 days of order confirmation, against our invoice.
4. Non-circumvention
For 12 months after a match, Suppliers agree not to conclude a matched Designer's project off-platform in order to avoid commission. If an order that originated through the Platform is concluded off-platform, the commission remains payable and the Supplier may be removed from the directory.
5. Contact privacy
Contact details of Designers and Suppliers remain private until an order is confirmed, or until both parties agree to share them. Messaging before that point takes place on the Platform.
6. Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of their products (including SNI, SVLK and other applicable certifications), delivery, and after-sales obligations. We vet at admission but do not inspect individual shipments.
7. Designer responsibilities
Briefs must be genuine projects. Designers must not use the Platform to harvest supplier lists for resale or to solicit suppliers onto competing platforms.
8. No warranty
The Platform is provided as is. We do not warrant that any Supplier will be suitable for a given project, and we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. Our total liability to any user is limited to IDR 5,000,000.
9. Termination
Either side can close an account at any time. Commissions accrued before closure remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denpasar, after a good-faith attempt at amicable settlement.
