Too many exceptional homes and hospitality projects in Indonesia are undermined by materials that fail early, arrive late, or never matched the specification in the first place. Finding suppliers who work to international standards still runs on word of mouth.
Build Supply Indonesia replaces that guesswork with a curated network. Suppliers apply, are reviewed on product quality, certifications and track record, and only then appear in front of design professionals. What we leave out is the point.

Designers register free. Suppliers submit an application reviewed by our team, typically within a few working days.

Design professionals post a project brief: the materials needed, the location, the scope and the timeline.

Briefs are matched to suppliers on category alignment, province coverage and certifications. No paid priority, ever.

Specify
Samples, documentation and quotations move through the platform. Contact details are shared once an order is confirmed.

Aligned incentives, on both sides.

Registration and use are free. No subscriptions, no transaction fees. You see suppliers ranked by relevance to your project, not by who paid for the position.

Approval rests on the calibre of your products and fit for the market. There are no listing fees and no subscriptions. A 3% commission applies only when an order is confirmed through the platform.

How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within a few working days.
How are matches decided?+
Material category, certification overlap and province coverage. There is no paid placement and no sponsored ranking.
Which regions do you cover?+
All Indonesian provinces, with the deepest coverage in Bali, Jakarta and Java.
Do suppliers need to be based in Indonesia?+
Suppliers must be able to fulfil orders within Indonesia, either from local production or bonded local stock, so lead times and standards hold.
Who sees my contact details?+
No one, until an order is confirmed. Until then, all messaging happens on the platform.
